The School
About the School
The Alioune Blondin Bèye Peacekeeping School in Bamako aims to promote peace across the continent by strengthening African capacity to support peace operations and by spreading a culture of peace.
Through high-quality, multidisciplinary teaching adapted to African realities and open to the world, it trains military personnel, police officers, gendarmes and civilians for peace support operations conducted by the United Nations, the African Union or any other regional organisation.
As a general rule, training is entirely free of charge for the trainees invited by the School.
